2012 TOURNAMENT TIMELINE
| Wednesday, June 13 | Required forms, fess and dorm housing list due; see Team Checklists |
| Monday, July 9 | Preliminary game schedules posted online for USA CUP Weekend. |
| Thursday, July 12 | Preliminary game schedules posted online for USA CUP. |
| Thursday, July 12 | USA CUP Weekend Final Team Check-in, all teams. 15:00 – 21:00, one day only. Schwan Center, Grand Hall. |
| Friday, July 13-Sunday, July 15 | USA CUP Weekend World Cup group matches, playoffs and Jamboree play: U9/U10-U18/19 players. Games for all levels begin at 7:00 am Friday. |
| Sunday, July 15 | U11-U18/19 awards ceremonies immediately follow championship game in the NSC Sports Hall. Winner and runner-up attend. U9/U10 Jamboree participation medals will be delivered at Final Team Check-in. |
| Monday, July 16 | Optional activities and tourism packages. |
| Monday, July 16 | USA CUP Final Team Check-in - Minnesota, United States and Canada teams: U9-U18/19, 15:00-21:00. One day only. Schwan Center, Grand Hall. International teams by appointment only. Contact Colleen Bourdon at market@usacup.org or 763-785-5656 for schedule. |
| Tuesday, July 17 | Opening Ceremonies begin a 19:30 in NSC Stadium. Check the ceremony page for team line-up; team line-up information will also be distributed at Final Team Check-in. |
| Tuesday, July 17-Thursday, July 19 | USA CUP World Cup group matches. |
| Friday, July 20 | USA CUP world cup playoffs: U11-U18/19 players. Jamboree play begins: U9/U10 players |
| Saturday, July 21 | USA CUP semi-finals and finals. U11-U18/19 awards ceremonies immediately follow championship game in the NSC Sports Hall. Winner and runner-up attend. U9-U10 Jamboree play continues; participation medals will be delivered at Final Team Check-in. |
