General Team Application Information

  • »  Applications will close as age brackets are filled; first come, first served.
  • »  Team fee and dorm deposit, if applicable, are payable at time of application by Visa or MasterCard only.
  • »  The application will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Be prepared with your coach’s name, address and contact information.
  • »  A receipt will be issued upon completion. This is your receipt for reimbursement, if applicable.

General Volunteer Application Information

  • »  Learn more about being a volunteer here
  • »  Application deadline is July 1, 2011.
  • »  Volunteers working eight hours or more receive a unique staff shirt that serves as both a uniform and provides access to many tournament activities.
  • »  Volunteers 19 years old and younger will also receive a participant wristband for access to Schwan's USA CUP activities. Note: Athlete Party and dances require chaperones.

  • »  Application deadline is July 6. Only players currently registered with a USSF or FIFA affiliate association are eligible.
