| A: | We automatically check for and add new scores every 15 minutes. The USACUP headquarters tries to put out a new set of scores at least every hour, but sometimes there are delays. |
| Q: | Why isn't my team's score on the web page? It's been at least an hour since my team should have been done playing. |
| A: | The folks at USACUP HQ can only enter scores as fast as they get them. Sometimes, the referees are late with score cards, and at other times the volunteers entering the scores into the computer can get a bit behind. |
| Q: | The scoring page is never showing up as updated for me. Do you guys really have an up to date online scoring system? |
| A: | Yes, We really do have an up to date online scoring system. Please try clicking on the reload button on your web browser. You may be seeing an old version of the web page. A note for AOL users: AOL has a special system for viewing web pages, and sometimes AOL will show an old page for several days after it has been updated. Unfortunately, we can't fix this problem. |
| Q: | The score listed for my team's game is incorrect. Is your system messed up or what? |
| A: | The scores listed are only as accurate as the data entered at USACUP HQ. Sometimes the typists make a data entry error, and sometimes the referees simply report the score incorrectly. If you believe that there is an error in a score, please send email to scoring@usacup.org, and they will check it out. |
| Q: | Every single time my team's score is listed, it's wrong! Do you guys have a vendetta against my team or something? |
| A: | No, We don't have a vendetta against your team. Please check to see if the correct score is listed one line down on your screen. We have discovered that some users have changed the default font size in their browser. We recommend choosing a smaller font in your browser, and hopefully the scores will line up better. |
