America’s first frozen food fundraising program delivered directly to the home!

The Schwan Home Service is excited to offer teams an easy and simple fundraising program. The fundraiser is designed to help teams meet their fundraising goals by selling high-quality
Schwan's® products.

Teams selling Schwan's® ice cream, cookie dough, pies, and pizza will receive 30 percent of the return. Teams will collect payments using customized student packets and order forms provided by Schwan's. Teams are not responsible for storing or delivering any products; Schwan's friendly and courteous Customer Service Managers will take care of this for all participating teams. Purchases can even be made online at www.schwansfundraising.com.

The program has many advantages:

• Schwan's is already in your community. Family, friends, neighbors and co-workers will be excited about buying well-known products to support your team.
• Products can be ordered online.
• Schwan's Customer Service Manager delivers the products directly to the customers homes, any where in the 48 continental US. There is nothing for your athletes to store or distribute.
• Your team can choose from three exciting prize programs.
• Schwan's provides a toll free customer service number: 1-888-413-0003 (select option 2).

It's easy to participate:

• Choose a team representative. The representative will visit www.schwansfundraising.com, print out a contract, fill it out and fax it back to Schwan's. Or can call 1-888-413-0003 Schwans Fundraising for more information.
• Schwan's will send your team representative the requested number of order forms and fundraising brochures in a customized folder.
• At the end of the selling period, your team representative will send order forms and fundraising brochures directly to Schwan's for processing along with 70% of the total sales.
• Schwan's will deliver products directly to customers' homes within six weeks from receipt of the orders and payments.
• Schwan's will send a check for 30% of internet sales to your team representative.
