2008 Tournament Fees

Both a team application fee AND an individual tournament player fee are required.
Team fee and housing deposit, if applicable, due with application; player fee and housing fees
due June 1, 2008.
Applications must be received by May 1, 2008 to receive discount.
Refund Policy: Teams dropping from the tournament(s) will not be refunded the team fee(s) or dormitory deposit(s); individual player fees will be refunded. Teams will receive a voucher valid for 2008 tournament(s), which may be used by any team in any age group within the club. The voucher may only be applied to player fees.

SCHWAN'S USA CUP Weekend Fees

U9-U10		$225 team fee ($300 after May 1) + $40 per player fee
U11-U12		$250 team fee ($335 after May 1) + $40 per player fee
U13-U19		$325 team fee ($400 after May 1) +$40 per player fee
Tournament Guest Player Fee		$125

SCHWAN'S USA CUP Fees

U9-U10		$225 team fee ($300 after May 1) + $40 per player fee
U11-U12		$375 team fee ($450 after May 1 ) + $80 MN or $99 visiting per player fee
U13-U19		$425 team fee ($500 after May 1 ) + $80 MN or $99 visiting per player fee
Tournament Guest Player Fee		$125

Dormitory Lodging

Requires $150 housing reservation/damage deposit per team per tournament.
$150 refundable after tournament following receipt of damage reports by respective dormitories.
Fee includes local transportation, housing and meal package.
Minimum of 4 adults and maximum of 8 adults permitted to stay in dormitories.

SCHWAN'S USA CUP Weekend Dormitory Package

$204 per adult
$244 per player ($204 dormitory + $40 per player fee)
Check-in: Thursday, July 10 beginning at 12 noon, meal package begins with dinner
Early Check-in Option: Wednesday, July 9. $65/person per Schwan's USA CUP approval
Check-out: Sunday, July 13 no later than 12 noon, meal package concludes with breakfast
Late Check-out Option: Not Available
Free airport transfers run July 10 and July 13; weekend shuttles between the NSC and dorms begin on Friday, July 11 through Sunday, July 13.

SCHWAN'S USA CUP Dormitory Package

$408 per adult
$507 per player ($408 dormitory + $99 per player fee)
Check-in: Monday, July 14 beginning at 12 noon, meal package begins with dinner
Early Check-in Option: Sunday, July 13 limited space available; reserved on a first come, first serve basis $65/person per night/ per Schwan's USA CUP approval.
Check-out: Sunday, July 20, no later than 12 noon, meal package concludes with breakfast
Late Check-out Option: Not available from dormitory

Airport arrival transfers run July 12, 13 and 14 and departure transports run July 19 and 20. Full week shuttles between the NSC and dorms begin Monday, July 14 (for Opening Ceremonies) through Saturday, July 19.

SCHWAN'S USA CUP Homestay Package

$265 per player ($166 homestay + $99 per player fee)
Available to international teams U11-U15
Housing for 18 players; no homestay available for coaches
Arrival: Saturday, July 12
Departure: Sunday, July 20
