Before you pick up that phone, check here for important roster and general tournament information. Many of your questions will be answered immediately…no matter what time of day or night!
Preliminary roster is due June 1, 2008. Roster changes may continue until 1400 on Wednesday, July 9 for the Weekend tournament and Sunday, July 13 for the Week-long tournament.
Addresses required. Player addresses are directly linked to the NSC Liability Waiver as required by the State of Minnesota. Final rosters are printed prior to Final Team Check-in as noted above and will NOT reflect addresses.
A unique jersey number is required for each player; no jersey sharing permitted.
Provide each player’s primary position on final roster.
ALL guest players must be identified on the roster.
Provide parents with the tournament ID number for this task. Players are not permitted to participate in the tournament without a completed NSC Waiver on file.
You may monitor the progress of your parents by selecting View Roster from the online roster menu. The WV column stands for Waiver. Each time a parent completes the online waiver, an ‘X’ is displayed in this column to the left of the player’s name.
Waivers are tracked to each player’s address, not the parent’s email address. Therefore, a parent may complete the online waiver from any computer!
3. Provide a copy of your team’s official state roster as verification of rostered players, birth dates and registration with your state association. Fax: 763.785.3660
4. Obtain guest player loan form for any guest player that is not on your official state team roster.
If you have secured a player from the Schwan’s USA CUP Guest Player Program, add this player to your roster. The payment, liability waiver and permission-to-travel will be collected by the tournament for you.
If you have secured a guest player from Minnesota, simply add this player to your roster.
If you have secured a guest player that is not on your official state team roster, direct the player to contact his/her state association or province for obtaining permission-to-travel to this tournament. Once permission-to-travel has been received, forward the document to the tournament and add this player to your roster. Players will not be permitted to play without permission-to-travel on file prior to final team check-in.Fax:763.785.3660
All players must be currently registered with a USSF or FIFA-affiliated association and possess a current youth player pass.
Guest Player Limit: 6 guest players may be rostered per team. For a complete explanation regarding guest players, see Rules.
5. Provide a copy of your team’s approved Permission-to-Travel. Fax: 763.785.3660

If you are paying by cash, office hours are Monday-Friday, 0900-1700. The main office is located in the Administration Building on the NSC campus; enter the building from parking lot B off Davenport Street and proceed to level 2.
